Cheese

Seven out of 10 people in the world are lactose intolerant. It will make trouble in the stomach to break down the food items that we have, especially Dairy products. Cheese comes first in the list.

This contains enzyme lactase, also it is a libido killer. Avoid having pizza and Cheese contained foods before your make out session with partner, or you may have to face gas and bloating later.

Beans

A study published in Nutrition Journal states that Beans contain a sugar that is not easily digestible, so if have it before going to bed it may lead you to puff up.
